I never planned to own a business or work in construction. I didn’t take shop or woodworking in high school and went to college because that’s what was expected. After graduation I faced the real world and in 2014 took a job in hardwood flooring. I’ve been honing the trade ever since.

Ten years later I’m married to my wife Mariah, we have 2 boys, Leo and Levi and I’ve run Leavens Flooring since 2021. Support from family and friends has kept me grounded and motivated.
